Food Art, what is it ? Food Art in and of itself is totally different from cooking and putting food on a plate ready to serve to the guest. Food Art is the art of making food presentable for photographing. Making the food eye appealing and placing it in an environment that makes you want to run home and cook the dish immediately. Because you are a "Great Chef" doesn't make you a food artist. In fact food art is now taught in some colleges and Universities in America. The pictures done for television ads and magazine articles are usually done by a food artist. However, there are some of us who have an eye for doing food art and practice it in our daily lives.
