The recipes were designed to push your skills however, they have all been tested by the average home gourmet cook. If you have any requests for recipes simple e-mail me at the address below and I will respond to you as soon as I am able. Please allow at least 2 weeks for me to reply.

By popular request, I have added a Printer Friendly View to the top of each page. This is designed to give you a clean page with a white background so you can easily print the recipes. I hope this makes printing the recipes easier for you. And thank you for the feed back.
